Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
How To
Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there
is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt.

3. Include in your package a signed letter/note stating the reason for your
return and the original receipt.
We will e-mail you to confirm receipt and advise what action we are taking as a
result within 48 hours of receipt.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or
exchange.
Restocking Fee
We Do Not Charge a Restocking fee We reserve the right not to refund the
original shipping and handling that you paid on the order for non-defective
items. We do not pay for return carriage unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Exchanges
If your item is unused but has been mis-ordered, you may exchange it for
different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case,
but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround UK/ Free Shipping Exclusions
We aim to fulfill all orders comprising stock we hold within 72 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Orders requiring
stock on Back order delivery times will be notified. Free postage to UK
mainland excluding Highlands and Islands for pallet shipments. (This includes
all Grills.) Please note that if a Grill is ordered via free shipping which the
address then transpires to be outside our free shipping terms the customer will
be contacted and given the option to pay extras charges or have the order
cancelled.European/ Worldwide Orders
We aim to
ship all orders via European Palletline 7-14 days delivery. Smaller items will
be shipped via Transglobal express usual delivery time 4-10 days. European
shipping will be charged after purchase once quotes have been received. Please
contact us prior to ordering for quotes full address and post code will be
required.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order
with the tracking information. Please note that Royal Mail tracking only shows
when the parcel has been delivered, no “in-transit “info is available.
Shipping Rates
These are
subject to change without further notice. In such cases the customer wil be
given the option to pay additional charges or cancel the order.
Back Orders
If an item within your order goes on back order we may elect ship you the part
of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship
you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and
handling for the second shipment. We will normally discuss this option with you
at the time of your order.
We reserve the right to update and /or amend these conditions at any time
without prior notice.
