latest Twin Thermometer lid allowing access to fit digital probes and
sensors without damaging the thermal gaskets or creating air leaks by
replacing one of the 2 mechanical thermometers fitted with the high
temperature silicon bungs provided.

This is an easy fit for smaller
patios and balcony’s and is able to prepare six burgers or chicken breasts at a
time. The small Egg is often used as a companion for the other size Kamado to
allow the preparation of several courses at once. Extra depth allows space for
a deflector and beer can chicken, unlike most small grills.
