This is a HIGH QUALITY BBQ Dry Rub. Blended in Wales. It is for use in
ALL forms of BBQ cooking as a dry Rub or mixed with oil, mustard etc to make a
marinade.
This has Higher Paprika, Extra Hot Chilli Powder and Cayenne Pepper
content; based on Miller’s Blend our most popular rub. The more delicate
flavour of smoked paprika has been replaced by pure paprika, Extra Hot Chilli
Powder and 100% increase in content of cayenne pepper. Its suitable for use on
all foods to enhance flavours, create a crispy skin, colour food, spice it up
and provide a coating of flavour. This is our super spicy and hottest rub!
